As research transitions out of the lab and into the broader market, it is important to understand how that research’s broader impacts shift to become its commercial potential. This workshop will focus on how to communicate both the broader societal impacts of your research in addition to it’s commercial potential when writing grants or applying for other sources of funding.

The seminar is led by Ellen Brune, liaison for economic development for the U of A-Startup Junkie Science Venture Primer Partnership. It is offered September 5 at 11 a.m. and September 25 at 3:30 p.m.
